one last thing: cyrus-imapd switched to Phabricator in 2015 and deprecated it in 2016 in favor of github. I don't remember the exact reasons, but we could ask. github certainly has a big network effect and attracts more drive-by-commits if people have an account anyway. Cheers, Thomas
