Ours does its 20 some cents
We are charged whether monies change hands or not.
They do and our previous one card services did the same thing.
We didn't even realize it was happening till we checked into it.

Never, we don't see many declines but we have never seen a charge for the
ones we do have.

I have never heard of a merchant account getting charged for credit card
declines. Anyone else seen that?
