If the payment was entered to the wrong account you issue a debit to the account it was put into and then a credit to the account that is whould have gone into. If the amounts were wrong, then you have to issue a one time payment for the amount due if it was entered too low. If this doesn't fit, give us more info and I'll try to help you but there isn't enough information in your post.
