Try them :) RedHat I know for a fact doesn't require CD's. You can make the disks, and if you have the appropriate ethernet adapter, it will see it, and then install via network. (where you can specify a redhat location)
Mandrake is geared towards a more end-user type of system (really redhat is too), with slackware you can get a nice small install. And you've always got lfs :) http://www.linuxfromscratch.org/ But there are quite a few more out there too.
