Secretul blocarii adoptiilor internationale este mult mai prozaic si balcanic, dle Florin Rapan, si tine de invidia unor ministri care sunt tributari unei mentalitati malefice si cinice, ilustrata de dictonul "sa moara capra vecinului". Ca unul care am acordat asistenta umanitara in cateva cazuri de adoptii - de succes si cu final fericit - cunosc ca de fapt la mijloc este dorinta de razbunare a liderului liberal Calin Popescu Tariceanu pe domnul avocat Valeriu Stoica,(fost ministru PNL al justitiei), care controleaza impreuna cu fosta deputata Simona Marinescu (P.D./P.S.D.), cateva birouri de avocatura specializate in adoptii internationale. S-a dorit a se lovi astfel in afacerile si incasarile de multe milioane de dollari ce le aducea industria adoptiilor internationale. Si mai dramatic este insa faptul ca dl. Tariceanu si tovarasa Bertzi au sfasiat inimile a cca. 2400 de parinti si a 1200 de copii orfani, a caror adoptie era aproape finalizata, si care asteapta plangand pe la usile Guvernului Romaniei si ale ambasadelor Romaniei.
