:))))))))))))   Cea ce dovedeste ca pana la cele mai inalte niveluri, onegeurile confunda "ecologia" cu politica economica si legile anti-concurenta. Este anti-concurential sa returnezi bani consumatorului, care consuma energie curata, pentru ca asta NU inseamna incurajarea investitiilor in energiile alternative ! The Commission has accused Luxembourg of engaging in market distortion, thereby contravening EU policy, and has warned the Grand Duchy to halt the practice immediately.
