List-Id is standard (RFC2919). Most open source mailers support it. Don't know about Outlook and Outlook Express.
You also don't want to use Reply-To for this, because you may want to use Reply-To to reply to the sender of a particular message, not the list as a whole. (Ideally, this should be set on a per-list basis.)
