couldn't every room contain a hidden vcard describing its aliases, public representation (for example a name you want to subscribe it into a ml) so it would send realusername <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> ?
otoh, what about performance? create a lookup table at startup, and maintain it at runtime?
or crawl every room on and on for every mail?
