Arno,
Just some warnings.
If you do a workshop with people that are maybe not in favour of Rational
Rose or UML, and you take an existing case then you must be aware that you
as the workshop-leader feel very confident with that case, or they might
come at you, and if you cannot solve their problems, they will put the blame
on Rose and UML.
I think it's best to keep the case as simple as possible, and not go into
too deep discussions about what is 100% right or wrong during the sessions.
