A word on Quantrani's book -- in it she says that you must use stereotyped
uni-directional associations for use-case includes, extends and realizations
(if memory serves, on pages 34 and 75 or close to that). This was fixed in
Rose 2000e and you do not have to do this any longer -- you can properly use
stereotyped dependencies. Its actually good book, she says a lot with few
words, little fanfare and only once. I got more out of it on my second
reading.

I have read Terry Quatrani's book indeed, but this is not exactly what I am
searching for.
This book is a guide, a reference. It is not a course-book. It does not have
questions and tasks.
A task for example would be: Create an activity diagram for the cash flow
from a ATM.
It could be for a students reader... with assignments.... something like
that.
