Alain,
Do the following:
1. Right click on the package containing your class diagram
2. click on data modeler and choose 'Transform to Data Model'
3. Choose the destination schema and hit o.k.
4. This will geneate a schema for your class diagram
5. Now right click on the schema and choose data modeler
6. Select 'New' and then 'Data Model Diagram'
7. Double click on the data model diagram just created
8. Drag and drop all your entities on tto this data model model diagram
9. Click on format from the menu and then 'Layout diagram'
10. This should give you a data model diagram containig the persistent classes
