Hi Jie,
It really depends on your requirements. If this is a requirement of your
system, then yes you would want to capture those things in use cases. I
can think of many systems that don't have logon/logout use cases. One
example that comes to mind would be the elevator system. Most elevators
don't require a person to 'logon' to use the elevator...
