I recently installed four floating licenses for Rose 2001. The good news is
that I can often launch the software and run it. The bad news is that
sometimes I can't; I get this message instead:
Failed to check out a key:
FLEXlm error -15, Cannot connect to license server
Failed to check out a rose_enterprise_windows license key.
FLEXlm error -15, Cannot connect to license server
The error happens only about half the time. I can ping the server fine and
have run all the diagnostics suggested in Rational's knowledge base
articles. Any ideas?
