Responding to several postings:

It is not personal. And I agree that Anthony is very instrumental on
this forum. It is about specific issues that I raised and Anthony,
by my opinion, was not able to answer:
> Rational is very vague with Business Modeling issues, its strategy

This is my opinion as an active long-time user of the Rational Rose for UML
based business modeling. And as such, I am concerned about Rational
strategy.
I don't think that Anthony in his posting provided anything significant to
argue the statement above. Also, I don't see why issues like this have
to be discussed off-line and not on these forums. Anthony is a
stand-up person, and this is very admirable, but maybe "the right
people" from Rational have something to say about it (on-line or off-line)?

David Lyalin

Hi David,

In response to point 1: I think Anthony's was trying to say that he's
not going to write complete instructions on how to use Rational's
products for process modelling when there's other documentation already
available. I don't think Anthony was trying to prevent any discussion of
issues with the Rational tool set. In fact Anthony has been instrumental
in helping people with "issues" on a number occasions!

Cheers,
Andy
