In response to point 1: I think Anthony's was trying to say that he's not going to write complete instructions on how to use Rational's products for process modelling when there's other documentation already available. I don't think Anthony was trying to prevent any discussion of issues with the Rational tool set. In fact Anthony has been instrumental in helping people with "issues" on a number occasions!
