They simply want a easy and free method to send and receive email. Anyone who would use such accounts on a day to day basis to conduct business such as what is discussed on CCIUG speaks volumes about their capabilities. The type of questions and answers that comes from these addresses support this as well. Didn't Rational have some policy about using accounts like Yahoo to subscribe to CCIUG?
