Well, I went and installed valgrind and apparently it requires that all my 
Qt/KDE stuff be compiled for debugging.  That's kind of a bummer seeing as 
how I just compiled it all recently -- without debugging support.  Yay.  Shit 
like that always brings a smile to my face.  Not to mention version 1.9.6 
tickled a bug in make 3.79.1 and required me to upgrade to 3.80.
