Pedro has indeed fixed this. He cooked up a new patch today to solve a problem I was having, and once I got past a bit (a lot) of recto-cranial inversion, I realized that it's working splendidly now.
We had an off-list conversation, and one of the topics was the import of old Cakewalk .syx files. They're raw data, easy to handle. Most likely other apps have used them too. What do you three think on the interface side? Where to put it? How to handle them? This would be a boon to a lot of us, including me. I have a lot of those .syx files sitting around, and while I'm enjoying the ability to record new equivalents, recycling the stuff I've used for years would be even better. Anyway, I just thought I'd throw it out for a ruling on where it should go in the GUI if/when someone gets around to implementing it. I think this would be both easy and cool. -- Michael McIntyre USDA zone 6b in SW VA, USA Silvan <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> Linux Druid ----------[ registered Linux user #243621 ]--------- http://www.geocities.com/Paris/Rue/5407/index.html ------------------------------------------------------- This SF.net email is sponsored by: Etnus, makers of TotalView, The best thread debugger on the planet.
