One thing I wish would happen is that notation views remember their last open state when you reopen them - perhaps on a per segment basis. Would seem to make sense to me (as would remembering zoom states in notation and matrix on a per segment basis too). Just committed a small fix to linedstaff.cpp:385 to get CVS to compile - you might want to check that Chris.
