Right now its installed only. So only those people courageous enough to
build from source and add to the chord files will need to deal with it.
I will provide a simple text file.

The result of this will be no dependency on boost unless we design to
introduce testing code for regression testing. The binary
'chordConverter' will be deleted as well.

I appreciate Chris's quick spot of my display problem. Stay tuned for
further developments in this story. Back to the news at 11.
