I'm really sorry about how little time I have to spend on using rg these
days (past few months actually). Here it is what I find being strange
behaviour of new canvas:
1. Autoscrolling starts too far from bottom of the screen. Two track
height to be exact. One would be enough.
2. Playing starts at wrong playback position after autoscrolling occurred
(by dragging ruler left or right). Workaround is to click again at desired
position after autoscrolling finished.
3. Canvas behaves bad when working with really big compositions. I mean
REALLY big. The Rite Of Spring by Igor Stravinsky is good example. Is that
big enough for testing? Release 1.0 is much better here in many ways.
Don't take me for granted on this one. Maybe I'm just being subjective. I
don't know.
4. Segment rectangle fill sometimes doesn't reflect what's selected. Shown
as continuous darker color (selected) and then one lighter (deselected)
color block followed by selection again.
5. Rg crashes randomly very often with no obvious reason. Which is what
prevents me from using rg for time being! gdb wont help me at all. Don't
ask me why!
6. Spend nice holidays. I know I will! :) I'll take a few days off using
computer.
