We had that 10 years ago with Rosegarden 2.1, and it was a failure in that 
nobody ever used it. Then again at the time RG probably had a much smaller 
audience than now, and the language itself could certainly be improved.

The subject comes up from time to time, and the main problem is still that we 
can't figure out what such a language would actually do. I don't think we'll 
be able to build this language until we see a good use case for it (like an 
hypothetical script which would actually do something interesting, for 
instance).
