Nobody here is a technical writer, including me (according to all the people 
who have declined the opportunity to hire me as a technical writer.)

It installs to...  Well, just

locate rosegarden/index.docbook

and you should find where it is on your system.  Here's mine:

/usr/share/doc/kde/HTML/en/rosegarden/index.docbook

I like this better.  It seems like the red rectangle is always drawn one pixel 
too far to the left relative to the blue cursor though.  It would be nice to 
fix that.

OK, I fixed it.  I don't know why the +1 was needed, but it seems to be a 
perfectly plausible solution.  Not affected by zoom level or anything else I 
could think of, and always seems to match up now.
