Basically, KOffice is bringing a lot tighter integration amongst their components. I actually haven't poked it very hard, and I know they've got their own music part brewing (haven't actually seen much of it), but the idea would be that you could embed music in a document (or presentation, or Krita image) and RG would provide the backend to edit it. Of course, you'd likely have to move RG into koffice for something like that to happen. With moving away from KDE, that's sort of the opposite direction, but I'm still curious if anyone had ever though about joining the larger KDE community. -- Matthew ENOWIT: .sig file for this machine not set up yet ------------------------------------------------------------------------- This SF.Net email is sponsored by the Moblin Your Move Developer's challenge Build the coolest Linux based applications with Moblin SDK & win great prizes Grand prize is a trip for two to an Open Source event anywhere in the world http://moblin-contest.org/redirect.php?banner_id=100&url=/ _______________________________________________ Rosegarden-devel mailing list [email protected] - use the link below to unsubscribe https://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/rosegarden-devel
