The next release will be numbered (tick the box for your preferred option):

[x] Rosegarden 9.06 (where "9" and "06" are year and month of release)
[ ] Rosegarden 0906 (likewise, has advantage of always sorting prior to
10xx) [ ] Rosegarden 09.06 (likewise)
[ ] Rosegarden 9.1 (where "9" is the year and "1" means first release
in that year)
[ ] Rosegarden 9 (with 9.1 reserved for any bugfix point release from 9)

If you have another preference, write it here: _____________________
(but please tick one of the above as well).

Also, please tick one of the following:

[ ] The release should also have a name, drawn from those of yellow roses
[x] The release should only have a number

Month of release shouldn't be a fixed 4/10 type schedule though, just whatever
the month happens to be when it happens to be release-worthy.

Codenames, if implemented, might need to take inspiration from a broader field
than yellow roses. Especially if we want to go in alphabetical order. I'm
having no luck coming up with a list of yellow rose cultivars, or much of
anything else except tons of references to many widely different things that
aren't remotely relevant. It all seems like kind of a dumb idea after a bit
of time spent in fruitless googling.
