I misremembered this whole message (and it took me forever to dig it back up to reply.) I thought this was something that used to work, and was broken, and even when I saw it had never been done in Classic I still thought it was something you had intended to do and had just gotten part way through and forgotten about (like my fermata over rest thing). So it's done now. I guess the answer to "should it have" is yes. Works OK here. The font combo should work too, except I don't think it's tied to the View -> Notation Font menu yet, and none of this honors the configuration page font setting yet. -- D.
