They seem to have some problems with their robot and play around with different versions of Rosegardens language files. Some languages, as for example Russian and all other languages with active Rosegarden translators, are marked as "external" so that no one of the GTP needs to work on them. Maybe these 0% are also the result of their problems. I would suggest to wait a bit until they could control the robot again ...
