BTW, I apologize to all the translators for the "string freeze" that has been
frozen like ice cream instead of like ice.

We did have one very good round of translation review from Stefan Asserhall
that pointed out a large number of problems. Some of those problems have been
around for years without being noticed, so I am really happy with the
thoroughness of the review, and confident that we are about to run out of last
minute surprises!

Two things I decided not to fix yet, and those will just have to stay broken
for now. One thing I tried to fix, unsuccessfully. This is the instrument
assignment menu, which is stuck in English even though it should be possible
to translate the strings now. I'm not going to worry much about this right
now, but I may get it fixed for release. I hope any fix will not change
strings, because the translations are there now, and are simply not matching
up.

I just noticed a string that needs to be reworded, and I made a //$$$ comment
to myself to do it later. Translators should find that to be a very
encouraging development. :)

I think the temperature of the strings has finally gotten as cold as it ever
will. Thanks to everyone for being patient. I don't want a reputation as the
boy who cries wolf when it comes to string freezes.
