sure.

But, I just didn't appreciate the slight to the fine work that was completed so 
you can have a line of controllers.

I believe you to be a perfectly competent developer.I just get a little bugged 
when you keep asking us to do work I fell you might be capable of doing 
yourself.

A better solution than making them 128th or whatever is just to look at the 
time slice involved from the start to end of the controllers and create events 
that based on the resolution of the controller in question.

Typically these range from 0 to 127, but things like pitch bend are different.

Some simple math based on time, controller resolution, and range of values 
could produce just the right about of controller values without flooding the 
device in most situations.

Any thoughts about that?  To get back on topic.
