That is fine.  Maybe I read too much into Chris Cherrett's initial comment.

I'm not suggesting we wait on Chris F.

I'm ok with adding them in individually like we do with the Insert Pitch dialog.

Nobody is arguing that it is a waste of time to move on this with a less 
involved solution.

Please proceed.

If the more robust version is implemented, then we can discuss what to do with 
the robust dynamic control point version vs. the traditional method we've used 
to create these events.

If somebody is willing to code, then code.

I still have to work on the Bank editor before I can do anything else.  That's 
a different story though.
