I've just tested Insert Pitch Band Sequence dialog and successfully added 300 pitch events on one 1/4note. Seems good enough for me. We just need to add that function to other rulers for easy access. Ideally, we could just hide individual nodes and make them deletable with single keyboard shortcut.
