I also updated translations again after doing this, which added four new 
strings.  One of them was a very old translation bug nobody has ever noticed, 
and one of them was an obsolete string that got put back into use.  I'm not 
sure what the other two were, but they were very minor.  I updated Spanish, 
all English, and the trivial strings in German.  I went ahead and translated 
<not set> the same as <none> in Spanish and German.  It is a very minor string 
nobody noticed not being translated in all these years, so I don't think a 
precise translation is important.

Here's how it all stands as of now:
