This has never quite made it onto my immediate agenda at any point in my history with the project, but this issue has been hovering somewhere way at the back of the desk for years, at times when most such items got shoved off into the floor. Not necessarily the most intuitive thing to encounter in a user interface, but it should work. You pretty much had this right the first time. I just needed time to catch up. -- D.
