Hello Julie and Chris - I started the "CPU Usage" thread on February 26. At that time, I never noticed the CPU increase use when you move a window over top of Rosegarden, but in terms of CPU use it sure looks like the same thing to me. I can confirm the refresh issue from Julie's screenshots.
I don't see much difference when starting from a new file vs old, but haven't really fussed with it alot.
