It appears there could be several ways to go about making it happen.
Unfortunately, I can't spend much time elaborating how or investigating.
Sounds like Ian is doing some of the leg work needed there anyhow.
I would like everyone interested to step back from the nuts and bolts a bit,
and try to come to terms about what the user interface for this feature would
look like.
I think the hard work, design-wise, is how to nicely incorporate this feature
into our already complex setup.
