Just a basic time calculation for frames (SMPTE timecode --
hh:mm:ss;ff), based on the document's video synch framerate, similar
to how Ardour does it. I am willing to tackle this myself, in fact,
might be a good way to get more familiar with the code. I'll add some
more notes to the FR once I've looked at the code in more detail and
can develop a high-level design. Having this kind of timecode
available is essential for anyone composing for film & TV (which is
one of my primary uses for Rosegarden these days).
