When working with soundfonts, I've found the best practice to be to 
import the banks and programs directly from the soundfont.

Studio -> Manage MIDI Devices, find or create an appropriate device, 
then Banks... -> Import.  Change "Files of type" to SF2, navigate to the 
.sf2 file on your system, then import from there.

This will let you access every program in every bank contained within 
the soundfont.
