It looks like it goes wrong because rpcemu just brings the interface
up and it's automatically configured for IPv6.I tried using tunctl but
that doesn't work as rpcemu doesn't use tap0 but creates a new
interface tap1 instead. :(

The only solution I can think of is disabling IPv6 for the tap0
interface (before it's created) but I can't find anywhere on the
internet how to do this on debian.
