The plan is to introduce libdvdcss into the free section and to build it like
any others packages. signed with a given rpmfusion-free key. Then push in
testing.
But before it goes into stable, move it into a f??-free-tainted koji tag.
Once done, it will be possible to use mash (or koji dist-repo) to create a
repo.
You can request the package in pkgdb right now, then import when the acl will
be set.
What I plan to do next is to obsolete the livna-release rpm with
rpmfusion-free-release by f28 (providing a rpmfusion-free-tainted.repo disabled
by default)
If the livna-release is found, and obsoleted, the rpmfusion-free-tainted.repo
will be enabled.
