1. For license, I've added GPLv3+. However the automatic result list is very
long and probably contains external stuff not written by RetroArch authors. Why
should we add this? Every software has third party code and if we should add
all these licenses we will have very big lists everytime. I've checked several
others distributions packages, all only keep GPLv3+ as their license. The
RetroArch COPYING also only list GPLv3.
