Hi Teco,

Strategy A (A4e), B or H depending on the details of the plan. Six/One
router, for example, is A4e. A variant the modified the host so it
understood its session identity component to only reside in the lower
8 would fall under B or H depending on how the routing was organized.

As I wrote the document, I found to my surprise that the 8+8
approaches didn't really fit a category unto themselves but rather
worked as variants of several others.
