What I mean by my statement is what you say below:  A "recommendation"
would only consider the single solution that the RRG considers most
appropriate to fix the routing scalability problem.  This is in contrast
to evaluating and comparing multiple alternative solutions, which a
solution space analysis would do.  I personally believe that the
combination of both would be most useful for the IETF.
