Please note that this pass was purely editorial. I've tried to retain the same intent as the original text, but have tried to clean up the language and in some cases wordsmith things just a bit. I would ask that we start a two week (hopefully) final review cycle. Could all contributors please review the text proper one last time, as well as my changes?
