The review is essentially a yes/no answer and we'll only be
disclosing the yeses.

worthwhile, it will be placed on the agenda, time permitting."
-> meaning that one member agreement is sufficient (i guess so
because you are referring to singular afterwards)

note: if a proposal comes that tries to improve an existing
proposal are these also considered as "new" proposals ?
Yes, we would want to treat a variant of an existing proposal as a
new proposal.
