The only change is to use Ekr's suggested wording for this point:

OLD
* SVGs must remain static after publication of the RFC, so there may be 
interactive, multimedia, or other elements that cannot be included in SVG 
diagrams.

NEW
* SVGs must render in a single static configuration without dynamic elements or 
responsive design features.

Do we have any other areas to discuss? Or other issues with this point?
