Hi Roman,Yeah, so my view is that this might be worth a rethink, but it doesn't really need to be tied to authorship issues.
The only way authorship is related is that it would not be produtive to create a draft that violates the RFC authorship policies knowing that it wouldn't get through the process. But that actually happens early and often even today, when the number of authors on a draft initially exceeds the 5 person limit.
