rsync and atime preserve

Heyaaa!!!

is possible to run rsync daemon with some 'atime-preserve' option? i want use
rsync for automatic update mailboxes of users, but if rsync access the file, then
it set new access time ...

or use it with tar --atime-preserve? any ideas?
