Here are the NFS mount options for the nodes writing to the NFS volume. The
NFS server is an EMC Celerra - I can get any specific parameters there are
questions about but can't easily provide a dump of the configured options:

hostname:/log/syslog /log/syslog nfs
rw,vers=3,rsize=32768,wsize=32768,hard,intr,proto=tcp,timeo=600,retrans=2,sec=sys,addr=hostname
0 0

I will work on a debug log but as these are production systems it'll take a
little time.
