Yeah, we were kinda of trying it out. In the second (or was it
4th) attempt, I ended up using my phone so I could talk.

Here is a quick update, note all I am writing down is up to be
changed 5 minutes from now:

1) We learned a few of the limitations of the google hangout thingie.
Bandwidth will be one.

2) Format will probably be Rainer giving the presentation while
everyone can at least type in their questions. He would then read them
out (so they go on record) and reply to them. This is more so to keep
the event on focus and the distractions down.

3) Hangout will be recorded so those who miss it will be able to watch
it later. Here is the video we recorded:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-WeVHq3LizE. I know I look gorgeous as
usual, but the video (and voice) flipping back and forth between me
and Rainer is a bit distracting, hence Note 2. ;)

4. There are still kinks but we now have a bit of an idea of what to
expect. There will be more trial runs before we go for real.
Help/extra victims are appreciated.
