[rsyslog] how hard would it be to make GnuTLS debug packages?

until a runtime option gets created, how hard would it be to create a 
rsyslog-debuggnutls package that has the extra debugging messages enabled so 
that people who are having problems can install the alternate package to track 
things down instead of having to compile from source themselves?
